Imlie 21st February 2023 Written Update begins with:

Hearing Imlie’s yell, the family members rushed to the scene.

Cheeni stands near the steps, as Imlie spirals down them.

Imlie falls and injures herself while her family comes to her rescue.

Later, the doctor arrives to check on her, and Imlie wakes up and looks about at the family gathered around her bed.

But, Imlie’s gaze is drawn to Atharva, and she runs to take his hand in hers, informing him that they must perform the post-wedding ceremonies.

The family members are taken aback, and Cheeni inquires as to what Imlie is on about.

Cheeni is going to say that Atharva and Imlie are divorced when Imlie interrupts her and says that she and Atharva got married the day before.

Imlie convinces herself that she must perform this play in order to protect Atharva from Cheeni.
